Welcome to an extraordinary conference package, where meetings are interspersed with fantastic food, close-to-nature fellowship and a magical evening in our cozy Tipi tents.
The day starts with energy
Start the conference with a delicious welcome coffee, carefully baked with love by Grandma Greta. Then you will hold your conference in our newly renovated room with space for up to 60 people, equipped with all the technology you need and lightning-fast WiFi.
Lunch with flavors that lift
At lunchtime, a well-prepared buffet is served in Move, with two signature dishes and a vegetarian option – something for all tastes.
Time for activity and team spirit
Before the afternoon coffee break, there is the opportunity to fill the day with action-packed or team-building activities that strengthen the team and create memories.
The evening in Tipitälten, an experience to talk about
When the sun begins to set, an extraordinary dining experience awaits. We grill Tjörn's best burgers over an open fire, accompanied by candles, blankets, hay bales and atmospheric live music. A completely unique atmosphere where conversations flow and laughter echoes under the tent.
Extend the experience with an overnight stay
Would you like to continue the evening and increase the team spirit even more? Stay overnight in our newly renovated hotel apartments, Natures Haven, where you live three by three in your own rooms. Of course, a generous hotel breakfast is included the next day.

Outdoor environments
At Tjörnbro Arena it is easy to combine indoor and outdoor activities. With the sea and nature in the background, our premises connect to large grassy areas where you can play, for example, brännboll and kubb, set up an obstacle course or have a tug-of-war. There is also plenty of space here for those who need peace and quiet. During the summer season, our pool area has a wooden deck, built-in benches, sun loungers and parasols.

At Tjörnbro Arena there is free parking for both cars and buses.
Public transport:
Nearest bus stop: "Myggenäs korsväg" is located 1 km from Tjörnbro Arena. You can find Västtrafik's timetable here.
The train station in Stenungsund is 5 km from Tjörnbro Arena.
What is the Wim Hof Method?
THE WIM HOF METHOD?
Is a combination of breathing exercises and cold baths/cold therapy.
During this wonderful activity, a lecture is combined with a sauna and a cold bath. Patrik Nilsson, a trained Wim Hof Method instructor, talks about all the health benefits of "contrast therapy", a combination of cold and heat, and how to best perform this for optimal health and well-being. He shares many tips and tricks to incorporate this as a powerful tool in life and work, even for those who do not have access to a sauna.
